I’ve been there— with chronic gut-health issues, trying to eat ‘healthy’ but not knowing what ‘healthy’ actually means for my body, feeling tired all the time, and wanting to better understand how to connect with myself. I healed my gut by engaging mindful habits, like figuring out what foods serve me, balancing my hormones, and integrating yoga and journaling practices to center my mind. Getting connected to your body is one step towards self empowerment so you can live your most true self.

Yoga Retreats
