Meet Sav

Hi, I’m Sav—a London-based yoga teacher, wellness guide, and food lover with a Master’s in Nutrition for Global Health. My journey blends science and soul, movement and mindfulness, research and real life. I’m all about helping you feel empowered in your body, calm in your mind, and connected to your whole self.

To me, yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat—it’s how we show up in everyday life. It’s the way we move, breathe, speak, rest, and nourish ourselves (yes, that includes the meals we cook and share). Through Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Restorative practices, I invite you to explore your own version of balance—one that supports longevity, resilience, and joy from the inside out.

Whether I’m guiding you through a sweaty flow or a quiet moment of breath, my goal is always the same: to help you come home to your body, and feel good doing it.

Yoga has been my anchor since I was a teen—a space where I could breathe, slow down, and find calm in the chaos. Whenever anxiety or discomfort bubbled up, movement and breathwork helped me reconnect to myself and the present moment. That mind-body magic stayed with me and eventually sparked something bigger: a calling to share these tools with others.

I took the leap into teaching in 2016, completing my training with CorePower Yoga in Washington, D.C. Since then, I’ve guided students across the U.S., the U.K., and online, through flows that range from sweaty and strong to soft and restorative. I’m a registered RYT-300 teacher with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals, and I continue to deepen my practice both on and off the mat.

My passion for wellness also stems from a personal journey with gut-health challenges. Growing up with allergies, intolerances, and chronic digestive issues, I spent years trying to figure out what actually made me feel well. Eventually, I was diagnosed with SIBO—and that became the turning point. I dove into the world of nutrition, earned my Master’s in Nutrition for Global Health, and became a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach. Through both research and lived experience, I’ve learned that healing is never one-size-fits-all—and that tuning into your own body is where the real transformation begins.

Now, my work blends movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based nutrition to help others feel strong, energized, and deeply connected to themselves. I care deeply about equitable access to health, food systems transformation, and empowering people—especially women—to reclaim their wellness journey on their own terms.

Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move, breathe, and nourish your way to a life that feels truly aligned.
