I am a dedicated and highly experienced yoga instructor, currently based in London, with a unwavering passion for promoting longevity, self-empowerment, and full-body health through the holistic practices of mindfulness and movement. For me, yoga is not just a physical exercise that takes place on our mats; it is a way of life that transcends the boundaries of a traditional yoga studio. In every moment, we have the opportunity to practice yoga through the conscious choices we make, from how we spend our time and the words we use to communicate with others, to the nourishing and wholesome meals we lovingly prepare for ourselves and those around us. By embracing yoga as a comprehensive lifestyle, we can cultivate a harmonious balance between our mind, body, and spirit, fostering a deep sense of well-being and inner tranquility.
Yoga has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. It was a space for me to calm my mind and focus on myself for one whole hour. As time went by, my personal practice led me to discover the powerful benefits of breath work, meditation, and movement on both physical and mental wellbeing. The profound impact it had on me ignited a burning desire within to share these transformative benefits with my community. In pursuit of this mission, I embarked on a journey to deepen my knowledge and expertise by completing yoga teacher training in the vibrant city of Washington, DC with Corepower Yoga back in 2016.
Since then, I have been fortunate enough to teach and guide students in various cities across the United States, the United Kingdom, and even online. As an esteemed member of both Yoga Alliance (RYT300) and Yoga Alliance Professionals, I consistently strive to enhance my own practice while uplifting others on their yoga journey. However, teaching yoga is just one facet of my multifaceted approach to holistic wellbeing.
In addition to my expertise as a yoga teacher, I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach, armed with a master's degree in Nutrition for Global Health. These qualifications enable me to assist individuals in navigating the complex world of nutrition and empower them to make informed choices that align with their unique bio-individuality. My unwavering passion for health and wellbeing runs deep, and I firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to prioritize their immediate and long-term health by tuning into their own individual needs.
