WHY YOGA?
My wellness journey started with yoga and led to healing my chronic gut health issues—who knew a down dog could spark so much change? I was eating “healthy” without really knowing what that meant for me, feeling disconnected from my body, and just wanting to feel good again. Along the way, I discovered the power of tuning in—figuring out what foods actually support me, balancing my hormones, and weaving in rituals like journaling and mindful movement. Now, I believe that feeling your best starts with getting curious about your body and learning to trust it.
