Sign Up for De-stress Yoga

I’ll be offering a De-stress Yoga class every second Saturday of the month for the next four months. Below you can purchase your class and sign yourself up. If you can’t make it to a class, no problem! I’ll send out a class recording after each yoga session. Also, don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page to get updates, free classes, wellness tips, recipes, and class recordings.

I hope you will take this opportunity to dedicate one hour each month to yourself. Whether you want to try yoga for the first time or you’re interested in exploring breath and light movement, my De-stress Yoga class is for you. My hope is that you’ll begin to create a grounding self-care practice that you can take off your mats into every day life for those moments of fatigue, stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. This is a no judgement and no pressure zone, so just bring your mat & a smile. Cameras optional.
