Pizza Night
Ingredients
Gluten free raw pizza dough (I use the Essential Baking Company’s Gluten Free Dough)
Olive oil (to make this SIBO friendly I infused my olive oil with garlic)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Zucchini (sliced)
Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Olives (pitted)
Pepperoni
Dairy free mozzarella cheese (I use Mikoyo’s Organic Vegan Mozz)
Marinara Sauce (I use Primal Kitchen’s avocado oil based sauce)
Optional: Greek Peperoncini peppers (or banana peppers), crushed red peppers, oregano
MAKE
Set oven to 350°F (or whatever degree your raw dough package instructs)
Flour counter top with gluten free flour
Roll out dough
Bake dough for 5-10 minutes or until lightly baked
Take dough out of oven
Drizzle with olive oil
Add marinara sauce
Add cheese
Add all the toppings
Bake for another 30+ minutes or until cheese is melted and veggies are cooked
Once baked, throw on some crushed red peppers and oregano and dig in!
