What were your goals for Wellness By Sav’s Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coaching 3 Month Program?

When I started the program, the immediate goals I wanted to meet included increasing the frequency of physical activity and decreasing the amount of physical tension in my body. My top goals throughout the program included creating healthy routines to help manage my baseline levels of stress, anxiety and depression, and also to explore the impact of foods, beverages, and overall nutrition on the frequency of headaches and migraines.

How did you work towards your goals?

Sav guided me toward all my goals by helping me dig into the goals themselves and any barriers that came up or hesitancies that I had. She taught me strategies to reach my goals that I will be able to use throughout my life. Sav pointed me in the direction of accurate, relevant health, nutrition, and wellness resources to give me more information on subjects that I was curious about or would help me achieve my goals.

What lasting changes did you noticed during and since your 3 month program?

Savannah and I explored my progress toward all my goals at the end of my program, but it truly was not an ending at all. She empowered me to learn how to identify my goals and explore what wellness looks like for me — and I will continue to use the strategies she taught me forever. Developing that self-sufficiency is benefitting me now and will continue to benefit me for my entire life.

In the few months working with Savannah, it’s no surprise that I interviewed for a dream job and received a promotion at my current job.

I’ve struggled with migraines and headaches since I was a young girl and until now I felt lost trying to figure out how food and drinks affect the way I feel. Savannah helped me delve into identifying how I feel and how nutrition can impact my headaches.
