Sign up for a Power Flow or Relax & Restore yoga class! In my yoga classes we'll do more than move. We'll work on our breath-body connection to ignite our parasympathetic nervous system so our bodies can begin to fully relax. I'll walk you through a gentle meditation that you can do at home or during a stressful or anxiety provoking day. We will even dive into yoga specifically for the gut and digestion! What sets my yoga classes apart is my incorporation of breath work and gratitude. I want you to love the life you are living but I understand that everyone has an off day, so we will discuss a few daily practices to incorporate when you're just not feeling your best. I want yoga to be an activity you love to do, a moment of you-time, and a space to relax.

Try Relax & Restore

Join me on your mat for a much needed hour of breath and meditation. This class will offer you a space to calm your mind, recenter your day, and unite mind with body. The class will feature slow flows with restorative stretches and a lovely moment of rest. I welcome you to bring a blanket, socks, essential oils, or anything else soothing. Simply just show up and enjoy dedicating one hour to you.

 

Try Power Flow

Ready to move? Join this class to find connection between breath and movement. My power flow class is meant to be a bit more rigorous than the relax & restore class. Be sure to bring some water!
